Why do rates vary by type of call?  Mobile, Landline or Premise based fees are different based on carrier and by connection type.  Carriers from different countries set country-to-country costs to move call traffic across their networks.  Unlike the U.S. and some other countries, much of this is not regulated but negotiated fees.

OUTBOUND calling from the U.S. to international locations worldwide can vary dramatically as international rates are based on the country and location called so we’ve negotiated and offer to you SecondVoice Global Network rates.  These calls are billed on a per minute basis and are not part of your base plan billing.  The purpose of our rate chart is to keep you informed of fees for calls, to anywhere in the world, available to you as part of your subscription plan.

SecondVoice Global Network Rates are rates up to 80% or more, less costly than calls made from U.S. wireless providers.  The reference table by country, in this section, allows you an “at a glance” on calling costs worldwide.   You don’t need access codes, computers or other devices in order to make these calls, you simply dial from your SecondVoice number, we route the call to the most efficient carrier to deliver the call and debit the fees from your calling credit.

We update these tables as we get information from the carriers, use this as a guide to help you plan for outbound international call costs.  Your calling credit file keeps track of this information, usage and credits on file for you.  Visit your Dashboard as a SecondVoice subscriber for detail use information.
